ACCESS / DRIVEWAY CULVERT PERMIT
The county engineer's office assigns addresses for all the unincorporated areas of the county and villages, excluding the Village of Butlerville and the Village of Waynesville. To obtain an address from either village contact them directly.
OVERSIZE PERMIT
Application for permit for hauling overweight and/or overwidth and/or overlength loads on county/township roads. A permit to do this work under the conditions stated in the provided application is granted by the authority of the Ohio Revised Code 4513.34.
