Hazardous Mailboxes - 2010 County Fair Presentation
This year, at the Warren County Fair, the Warren County Engineer's Office (WCEO) presented an important issue affecting the safety of all of our county roads in the county: roadside mailboxes. Did you know that your mailbox could be unsafe and hazardous to the traveling public? It could even make the difference between whether a victim of an accident involving your mailbox walks away or not. Not only are the statistics and testing of mailboxes not installed per county guidelines proving to be dangerous, your mailbox can make you liable for compensation and damages if an accident occurred involving your mailbox. Feel free to contact our office at 513-695-3301 for information.
