A Residential Incentive District (RID) has been in place for the Greenes of Bunnell Hill in Clearcreek Township. This RID has driven the improvements project at Lytle-Five Points Road and Bunnell Hill Road, which is anticipated to involve the construction of a new roundabout. A Public Involvement Meeting will take place in Spring of 2018. The project has been under development by Strand Associates. The project is anticipated to bid in 2019.
